1. Agreement
By commissioning a project with Cristov Studio ("we", "us"), you ("the client") agree to the following terms. These terms apply to all web design and development services provided by Cristov Studio, Birmingham, UK.
2. Project process & payments
- A fixed project price is agreed in writing (via WhatsApp or email) before work begins.
- A 50% deposit is required upon approval of the initial design. No deposit is taken before design approval.
- The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery and client approval. No final payment is taken until the client is satisfied with the result.
- For custom or milestone-based projects, a payment schedule will be agreed individually.
3. Revisions
We offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the original project brief at no additional charge. Revisions are defined as changes to design, copy, layout, or functionality as originally specified. Requests for features, pages, or functionality not included in the original brief may be quoted separately.
4. Money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of final delivery. A full refund will be issued if the delivered project materially fails to meet the agreed brief and we are unable to resolve the issue through further revisions. The guarantee does not apply to change-of-mind requests, scope changes requested after delivery, or delays caused by the client (e.g. failure to provide content or feedback).
5. Intellectual property & ownership
- Upon receipt of final payment, full ownership of all source code, files, and assets created for the project transfers to the client.
- Cristov Studio retains the right to display the completed project in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
- Any third-party assets (fonts, stock images, libraries) remain subject to their respective licences.
6. Client responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing accurate content, images, and any required materials in a timely manner.
- The client is responsible for ensuring all content provided does not infringe copyright or any applicable law.
- Delays caused by late provision of materials do not affect the agreed project price.
7. Hosting & maintenance
Cristov Studio does not provide hosting as part of standard packages unless agreed separately. We will assist with deployment to the client's chosen hosting provider. After handover, the client is responsible for maintaining their hosting, domain, and any third-party services. Support included in each package is limited to bug fixes and minor adjustments within the stated support period.
8. Limitation of liability
Cristov Studio's liability is limited to the total value of the project fee paid. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business arising from the use or failure of the delivered website. We are not responsible for content published by the client on the delivered website.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
